AN EXCITING NEW CHAPTER FOR VERBENA YOGA
We are happy to share that as of May 1st, 2026, ownership of the Verbena Yoga program will be transferred to Kimie Allen and Angela Lauretano.
This transition comes with so much excitement for the future. Kimmy and Angela will be expanding the schedule and introducing new offerings, including yoga-blended fitness classes, while maintaining the heart of our current program. For now, the existing schedule and classes will remain the same.​​​​

Memberships will be honored through their current expiration dates in May.

All new class purchases will be drop-in only for the month of April.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MULTI-LEVEL FLOW
A dynamic vinyasa class incorporating diverse yogic traditions and styles. Operating at a moderate pace, the 60-minute session aims to foster strength, balance, and flexibility. Providing a range of options and modifications, participants can personalize their practice. This inclusive class accommodates yogis of diverse backgrounds and abilities, encouraging growth in a supportive environment. While some yoga experience is recommended, all are welcome to join and enhance their practice.
GENTLE FLOW
An inclusive class that explores basic yoga postures and breathwork in a stress-free, supportive environment. Participants move through a slow sequence of seated, standing, and reclined postures, prioritizing stretching and relaxation. Supportive props enhance stability and balance. This practice promotes immune system support, muscle and joint comfort, and overall well-being. All levels of experience are welcome. 60 minutes.
HOT POWER FLOW
A moderately fast-paced practice that embraces the Vinyasa tradition by seamlessly transitioning between poses while synchronizing breath with movement. This dynamic class offers an invigorating experience, sculpting the entire body and improving balance, core strength, and flexibility. A creative 60-minute sequence of strength-building yoga poses helps clear the mind and detoxify the body through a cleansing sweat. Ideal for athletic practitioners and intermediate-advanced yogis seeking to elevate their practice. The room is maintained at a very warm temperature.
FLOW & RESTORE
This class combines the strengthening advantages of a flow sequence with the therapeutic benefits of Restorative Yoga, offering a distinctive experience that merges the best of both styles. The class features 40 minutes of invigorating Flow Yoga, followed by a soothing 15-minute session of Restorative Yoga, complete with a supported savasana. Suitable for all levels, this class facilitates mental and physical healing, promoting balance between the body and mind. 60 minutes.
RESTORE & REST
Restorative Yoga • Yoga Nidra • Optional Reiki Touch
Give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and deeply rest. Restore & Rest is a calming, heart-centered class designed to nourish your nervous system and guide you back to balance.
This gentle experience begins with restorative yoga postures supported by props to encourage physical release and energetic grounding. You’ll then be guided into a state of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, a meditative "yogic sleep" that supports emotional healing and inner clarity.
Optional Reiki touch is offered during class to support energetic harmony and invite deeper stillness. All Reiki is hands-on and consent-based, with the option to opt in or out at any time.
Perfect for all levels—especially those seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or support through transitions. No yoga or meditation experience needed.
