Angelina graduated from CT Center for Massage Therapy, where while studying, she realized that helping people heal mentally, physically and emotionally was her ultimate passion. After graduation from Massage Therapy school she studied Reflexology under the supervision of Ellen Grady and is certified to practice Integrative Reflexology. She is also a certified traditional Usui Reiki practitioner and has been practicing for several years. She loves to combine several massage therapy techniques and modalities to meet her clients individual needs. From a client taking time to relax or needing some help working out some tight muscles she loves helping people heal and helping them with their self-care routine. Angelina believes self-care is a divine responsibility and honors others decision to do so. If it’s Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, myofascial or energy work she loves what she does and it is clearly evident after working with her.

BETH SMEDLEY

massage & spa

Bethany was first inspired to learn massage therapy by a few friends and family members that were suffering physically from muscular and joint pain. She would frequently practice massage on these willing individuals who eventually encouraged her to hone her skill, so right out of high school she enrolled in the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. In May 2010, Beth graduated from CCMT and has been practicing massage therapy professionally ever since.

Beth has always had a passion for health and wellness and loves to help her clients maintain or achieve their optimal physical health through regular massage sessions. The majority of her career has been specializing in clinical massage; deep tissue, range of motion, and stretching techniques to help relieve back, neck, shoulder, hip pain, etc. But she also thrives in assisting people to reach that simply blissed out, stress free feeling by way of her Swedish massage. Bethany has also been trained in other modalities of massage therapy such as sports, hot stone, aromatherapy, energy work, Raindrop Technique, and cupping therapy.
