1. BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required for most Services. Walk-Ins can sometimes be accommodated, but we recommend that you call us beforehand to ensure that a Therapist is available. To make an appointment, please call us at 860-426-3787. You can also request an appointment online, by selecting the service of your choice and clicking on "Request Appointment" Click here to view our available services.

2. ARRIVAL

Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you enough time to settle in, change, and undergo a consultation before your service begins. 

3. PAYMENT & GRATUITY

Payment is made at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Gratuity is never required, but is always greatly appreciated!

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Verbena has a 48 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you are no longer able to make it to your Appointment, please contact us within 48 hours in order to avoid fees. If an Appointment is not cancelled within 48 Hours, a $40 Cancellation Fee will apply. 

5. CHILDREN

Guests must be 16 years of age or older for all services and classes. For liability purposes, children are not allowed in the lounge area or service rooms.

6. ETIQUETTE

Please turn your Cell Phone off in the Center to help ensure a tranquil environment. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes, or smoking immediately prior to your service. If you are receiving a massage, it is recommended that you wash up before your visit and arrive in a cleanly state.

7. BLOOM CLIENTS

If you are taking a yoga or fitness class at Bloom prior to your Appointment, we ask that you take advantage of the showers before heading upstairs for your Service. Complimentary robes and slippers will be provided for all Bloom clients who are receiving a Service immediately after their class (simply let your Receptionist know that you'll be in need of a robe upon booking!). Please see the Bloom receptionist after your class to pick up your robe and slippers. We also suggest bringing a change of clean clothes to put on after your Appointment, so that you do not have to change back into soiled yoga / fitness clothing.

8. ATTIRE & OTHER TIPS

If you'll be visiting for a Reflexology Session please wear pants that can be easily rolled above the knee - as your therapist will need to access your calves and knees. If you'll be joining us for an Acupuncture or Salt Session please wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing to help encourage relaxation throughout the session. If you'll be receiving a Facial Treatment, please remove makeup before your visit and arrive with a clean face.
