Role Type: Position: Licensed Massage Therapist and/or Licensed Esthetician

• Location: Verbena, 92 North Summit Street Southington, CT 06489

• Schedule: All shifts available

Core Responsibilities
 

• Provide professional massage, facial, esthetic, or wellness services within the provider’s active license, training, and approved service menu.

• Create a calm, welcoming, and respectful experience for every client.

• Review client needs, preferences, contraindications, and service goals before each appointment.

• Maintain clean, prepared, and elevated treatment rooms before and after each service.

• Follow all spa protocols for sanitation, safety, timing, documentation, and client care.

• Communicate professionally with leadership regarding schedule needs, client concerns, product needs, service feedback, or operational issues.

• Protect client privacy and maintain discretion at all times.

• Represent Verbena with warmth, professionalism, and consistency.

• Clients should feel seen, heard, safe, and cared for throughout their visit.

• Services should begin and end on time, with attention to pacing, presence, and quality.

• Treatment rooms should feel clean, peaceful, prepared, and intentional.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license in massage therapy, esthetics, or applicable service category.

• Professional training and experience aligned with the services being provided.

• Strong client care skills and a calm, grounded presence.

• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and elevated service.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture.

• Reliable schedule availability as Verbena expands service days and hours.
