The Position:

Our Receptionist position is fast-paced and customer service driven. Our Receptionists work hard behind the scenes to maintain a tranquil environment for our clients.

Verbena Receptionists must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment (fielding phone calls, handling multiple clients as they check in and out, processing booking requests, etc), and must be clear, kind and effective communicators when greeting clients, giving tours, explaining pricing options, and processing retail sales.

Light cleaning is also a part of the position in order to keep the Spa running smoothly and peacefully and we are looking for applicants who are comfortable being on their feet.

​

Skills required: We are looking for applicants who have hospitality experience or experience working in Spa setting. Applicants must be comfortable working on the computer, answering phones, multi-tasking, and performing light cleaning. Must have a positive attitude and professional appearance. Previous experience with MindBody, our point of sale system, is a plus.

The Hours:

We are currently hiring for the following shifts :​​

• Saturday with rotating hours: We have two Saturday receptionists who rotate shifts with one another. Each month you will work one Saturday per month from 8-11:30am, one Saturday per month from 11:30am-3pm, one Saturday per month from 8am-3pm, and have one Saturday per month off.

**Please note that due to the training involved for our Receptionist job, this is not a seasonal position and we are in need of a candidate who can commit long-term.

Compensation includes an hourly wage, a FREE 60 Minute
Massage each month, 25% off Salt Room and Spa Services,
and 10% off retail items.
